Vortrix Exhausts – Return & Damage Policy

At Vortrix Exhausts, all sales are final. Due to the nature of performance exhaust systems and automotive parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or fitment issues.

Please read carefully before purchasing.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect vehicle selection

  • Fitment issues or incompatibility

  • Installation errors

  • Customer ordering mistakes

  • Items that have been test-fitted, installed, or used

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is correct for their vehicle before purchasing.


Damaged Items Only

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email vortrixperformance@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the external and internal packaging

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.


Inspection & Resolution

  • All damage claims are subject to inspection and approval

  • If approved, we will offer replacement or refund at our discretion

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only


Non-Eligible Claims

We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect performance

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Heat discoloration after use

  • Fitment concerns due to aftermarket modifications


Final Sale Policy

Once an item has been delivered and confirmed to be in good condition, the sale is final.
