This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Vortrix Exhausts.

All orders placed with Vortrix Exhausts are shipped and delivered within 8–12 business days worldwide from the date of order confirmation.

This timeframe applies to all destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by their country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
All prices are listed in AUD, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped, where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability to receive the delivery.

By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is available to receive it.

Vortrix Exhausts is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been marked as completed by the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Vortrix Exhausts is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email vortrixperformance@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
