These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vortrix Exhausts website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Vortrix Exhausts (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site.

2. Products & Vehicle Compatibility

All products sold by Vortrix Exhausts are aftermarket performance automotive parts.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

  • We do not guarantee fitment for vehicles with aftermarket modifications unless explicitly stated.

  • Fitment issues, incorrect orders, or incompatibility do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before placing an order.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Vortrix Exhausts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

All sales are final, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders

  • Fitment or compatibility issues

  • Installation errors

  • Used, installed, or test-fitted items

Damaged Items Only

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customers must provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • Claims are subject to inspection and approval

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Installation & Use Disclaimer

  • Products should be installed by a qualified professional.

  • Vortrix Exhausts is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation or misuse.

  • Performance modifications may affect vehicle legality, emissions compliance, warranty, or insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortrix Exhausts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Vortrix Exhausts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
